Entry to the apartment is via an indoor carpeted staircase. (Another entrance is available off of the kitchen).

The staircase open to a long hardwood floored hallway which connects the kitchen to the living room, with the bathroom and master bedroom in between. Note that the main circuit panel for the apartment is visible on the left side of the picture. This is a tremendous advantage when a breaker trips - unlikely as it may be for the electrical service in the entire building is modern and to code.

The living room is both paneled and hardwood floored. Several windows ensure brightness.

The Master Bedroom has 2 windows which admit the morning sun.

Looking back up the hallway from the living room, one sees the kitchen, and beyond it, a sliver of the compact second bedroom.

The compact second bedroom overlooks Pierce Street.
