This two-level apartment features four bedrooms, living room, kitchen, office, one and a half baths, deck and screen porch. Many amenities make for an easier way of life. All bedrooms are cable ready. The nearby Dunkin-Donuts and Store 24, not to mention the excellent Cafe on the first floor, ensure that you will never be far from coffee and pastry.

	The brightly colored Kitchen includes a double sink, Corian countertop, dishwasher, refrigerator and Jenn-Air Range with convection-oven. The windows face west over Central Avenue. The floors are hardwood.
	The full bath is on the first floor between the kitchen and dining room.
