| Located in the upper right quadrant of the building, as viewed from the front, this
apartment is best occupied by a single person.
The usual entry to the apartment is via the living room, which has two small closets,
wall to wall carpet in gray, a ceiling fan and one window. Cable connections
are also present in the room. Opposite the door is a short interior hallway
which connects all rooms the the apartment.

Clockwise from the living room are:

Office: small room with green wall to wall carpeting and a closet which intrudes
on the room footprint. Two unusual windows face due west and admit prodigious
amounts of light. This room would make an excellent office or nursery room. |

Bath: This compact but full bath includes sink, toilet, medicine cabinet,
shelving and tub with shower enclosure.

Galley Kitchen. Occupying the northwest corner of the building, the kitchen
includes counter and sink, stove, refrigerator, shelves and cabinets in an attractive
retro 50's style, which is authentic 1950's. This room is best used
for preparing meals which will be consumed elsewhere in the apartment. The
fire escape is located at the north end of the room. The room is very bright
in the afternoon. |

Master Bedroom. Carpeted wall to wall in deep blue this room has windows on
the north and east sides. One can look across Central Avenue to the forested
Pine Hill Cemetery (right hand window) which is marvelous for walking and running.
The apartments largest closet covers most of the south wall. Cable hookups,
for both video and modem are present. A flat roof on the east side provides
an alternate fire escape for the motivated survivor. |

Laundry: This is not provided in the building. Two doors up the avenue
Cleary Cleaners provides a full-service Laundromat. |
